TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for providing services electronically and the sale of goods and services by Salag Sp. z o.o. through the Online Store available at: https://www.yutra.eu/.
These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and non-Consumer Customers who use the Online Store to access electronically provided services and enter into Sales Agreements.
Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions and agreements related to the operation of the Online Store that are less favorable to the Consumer than the provisions resulting from Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights are invalid, and the provisions of the consumer rights directive shall apply instead. In the event of any unintended inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the above regulations, the provisions of the aforementioned directive and relevant national consumer protection laws shall take precedence.
a) Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that has legal capacity granted by law, who uses the services provided electronically or has entered into or intends to enter into a Sales Agreement with Salag.
b) Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with Salag that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. The provisions concerning Consumers also apply to natural persons entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity when the content of this agreement indicates that it does not have a professional nature for that person.
c) Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions regulating the rules for providing services electronically and the sale of goods and services through the Online Store.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is voluntary but necessary to use the services provided electronically and to purchase goods and services through the Online Store.

III. SALES CONDITIONS
Orders can be placed through the Online Store 24/7. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
All prices in the Online Store are given in Euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.
Payment Methods: The yutra.eu website uses the "iMoje" payment gateway operated by ING Bank Śląski, which acts as an intermediary in transactions between the merchant and the customer. Payment can be made using major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure iMoje payment system.
Delivery is available throughout the European Union. Delivery times and costs vary by country and will be displayed during the checkout process. Standard delivery time is 3-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

IV. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
V. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS

If the Online Store does not receive the electronic payment, Salag will contact the Customer with a payment reminder via email. If payment is not made within 7 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
Salag will provide the Customer with proof of purchase (invoice) electronically to the email address provided during order placement. If requested, a paper invoice can be included with the shipment.
VI. DELIVERY AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
Delivery is available throughout the European Union. Each delivery destination may have specific delivery times and costs, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Salag will respond to Consumer complaints promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from receipt.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This period begins from the day of taking possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform Salag of their decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, Salag will reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Salag), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the Consumer's withdrawal notice.
The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be normally returned by post due to their nature (weight and dimensions), the return costs will be higher than regular postal charges.
IX. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data processing in connection with the Online Store's operation is carried out by Salag. Personal data is processed for purposes, within the scope, and based on the principles indicated in the Privacy Policy.
X. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All contracts concluded by Salag in connection with the Online Store's operation are subject to EU law and the relevant national laws of the Consumer's country of residence.

XII. ONLINE STORE REVIEWS
1.1. Customers of the Online Store have the opportunity to voluntarily and free of charge submit reviews regarding purchases made in the Online Store. The review may also include an evaluation, photo, or review of the product purchased in the Online Store.
1.2. After purchases are made in the Online Store, the Seller provides the necessary data to create an email invitation to the company handling the survey process. Survey distribution and the process of collecting opinions in forms is fully handled by TrustMate SA, located at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław, Poland. TrustMate SA sends an email message to the Customer requesting a review with a link to an online form enabling its submission - the online form allows answering the Seller's questions about purchases, rating them, adding their own description of the opinion, and photos of the purchased product.
1.3. Reviews can only be submitted by Customers who have made purchases in the Seller's Online Store.
1.4. Reviews submitted by Customers are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io profile.
1.5. Reviews must not be used by the Customer for unlawful activities, in particular activities constituting unfair competition against the Seller, or activities violating personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
1.6. Reviews can only be submitted for products actually purchased in the Seller's Online Store. It is prohibited to enter into fictitious/apparent sales agreements to submit reviews. The author of the review cannot be the Seller or their employees, regardless of the basis of employment.
1.7. A submitted review can be removed at any time by its author.

XVII. LIABILITY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT
The basis and scope of Salag's liability towards the Consumer is governed by EU Directive 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods.
Salag is liable to the Consumer if the sold goods do not comply with the Sales Agreement. Salag is also liable for any non-compliance resulting from incorrect installation of the goods if the installation was carried out by Salag or under Salag's responsibility.
In case of non-compliance of goods with the agreement, the Consumer may request:
If bringing the goods into compliance with the agreement in the manner chosen by the Consumer is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs for Salag, Salag may:
